If the piece or item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will contact you.
Packages ship via USPS Priority, and you will be issued a tracking number when it ships (usually within 5 business days for in stock items in the pottery shop).
We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, or missing if marked delivered.
If your item is damaged in shipping please contact us within 3 days of its arrival, you will need to fill out a claim form for the USPS and present it with the broken piece to your local post office.
No, you pay for the piece and that includes glazing and firing in the kiln.
Pieces are fired during the week and returned to Asheville Artworks for pick up the next Saturday.
